No Refund Policy
All software sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
Why No Refunds?
- Instant Delivery: License keys are delivered immediately upon purchase
- Digital Nature: Software cannot be "returned" once delivered
- HWID Binding: Licenses are permanently bound to your hardware
- Security: Prevents license sharing and fraud
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in these specific cases:
- Defective Product: Software is completely non-functional upon delivery
- Wrong Product: Accidental purchase of wrong software (within 24 hours)
Exception Process
- Contact support within 24 hours of purchase
- Provide detailed explanation and proof of issue
- Our team will investigate and respond within 48 hours
- Decision is final and binding
License Transfers
- Licenses are non-transferable
- No refunds for hardware changes
- No refunds for compatibility issues
- No refunds for user error
Chargebacks
- Chargebacks will be treated as license violations
- May result in permanent account suspension
- Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent claims
