No Refund Policy

All software sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.

Why No Refunds?

  • Instant Delivery: License keys are delivered immediately upon purchase
  • Digital Nature: Software cannot be "returned" once delivered
  • HWID Binding: Licenses are permanently bound to your hardware
  • Security: Prevents license sharing and fraud

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in these specific cases:

  • Defective Product: Software is completely non-functional upon delivery
  • Wrong Product: Accidental purchase of wrong software (within 24 hours)

Exception Process

  1. Contact support within 24 hours of purchase
  2. Provide detailed explanation and proof of issue
  3. Our team will investigate and respond within 48 hours
  4. Decision is final and binding

License Transfers

  • Licenses are non-transferable
  • No refunds for hardware changes
  • No refunds for compatibility issues
  • No refunds for user error

Chargebacks

  • Chargebacks will be treated as license violations
  • May result in permanent account suspension
  • Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent claims
