Non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LCR SOFTWARE products.
2. HWID Binding
Licenses are permanently bound to your hardware. No transfers allowed.
3. Permitted Uses
Allowed: Use on authorized hardware, create backups, install updates.
Prohibited: Reverse engineering, sharing keys, virtual machines, derivative works.
4. Security
Software includes anti-tamper protection. Circumvention results in termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All software owned by LCR SOFTWARE. No ownership rights transferred.
6. Updates
Automatic updates may be required. Internet connection needed.
7. Termination
License terminates immediately for violations. No refunds.
8. No Warranty
Software provided "AS IS" without warranties.
9. Liability Limitation
Liability limited to license fees paid. Not liable for indirect damages.
10. Acceptance
By using our software, you agree to these terms.
This EULA is the entire agreement between you and LCR SOFTWARE.
